At Didiéte Floral & Heartbeat, we provide premium flower delivery across Singapore with care, elegance, and attention to every detail.

Delivery Coverage

We proudly offer Singapore-wide delivery for all floral arrangements and gifts.

Delivery Hours

Our delivery service is available daily (Monday – Sunday), from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Delivery Fees

  • CBD Areas: SGD $10

  • All Other Areas: SGD $20

Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for selected bouquets and floral arrangements only.

To enjoy same-day delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered during the next available delivery slot or on the following day.

Delivery time for same-day orders:

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pre-Order Delivery

For customised bouquets, event flowers, trunk surprises, floral installations, and large floral designs, we recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance.

Preferred delivery time slots:

  • 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Important Notes

  • During festive seasons and peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other major occasions, we strongly recommend placing orders at least 3–5 days in advance.

  • Specific delivery timing requests may be included in the order notes during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak periods due to high order volumes, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or restricted access locations, a re-delivery fee may apply.
