Refund Policy
At Didiéte Floral & Heartbeat, every arrangement is handcrafted with fresh flowers and carefully prepared for each order. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we kindly ask customers to review our refund policy below before placing an order.
- Fresh Flower Products
All flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
For same-day delivery orders, cancellation requests may not be accepted once preparation has started.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement arrangement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (if applicable)
- Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Recipient unavailable
- Unanswered calls/messages
- Restricted delivery locations
Redelivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
- Natural Flower Variations
As flowers are seasonal and natural products, slight variations in colour, bloom size, wrapping materials, and flower availability may occur. In such cases, suitable substitutions of equal or higher value may be used while maintaining the overall style and aesthetic of the arrangement.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
